In support you’re the person agents talk to most. You help new users get started and bring what you hear back to the product team.

What you’ll do
You answer customer questions in chat and by email.
You onboard new agents and agencies and show them how the tool works.
You write help articles that save the next question.
You spot recurring problems and pass them on to the product team.
You keep customers’ trust and spirits high.
Who we’re looking for
You’re based in Europe.
You speak and write fluent Estonian.
Your English is good.
You write clearly and warmly.
You’re patient and always look for a solution.
You learn new tools quickly.
You have previous customer support or client work experience.
You want to work in a small team where your voice matters.
