What you’ll do
You talk to agents every week and find out what really bothers them.
You build a clear roadmap and set priorities.
You write sharp requirements developers can start working from right away.
You work with a small dev team and take features through to release.
You read the data and make decisions even when the full picture isn’t clear yet.
Who we’re looking for
You’re based in Europe.
You speak fluent Estonian, as you’ll communicate with Estonian agents and agencies.
You’ve led or built a product in a small team.
You write concisely and clearly.
You’re comfortable with data.
You make decisions with incomplete information instead of waiting.
You listen to customers and know how to say no.
You work well in English.
